Dave helped me buy my first home. He went way above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on time even though the selling agent was not doing her part to make the closing date. He made sure I made the closing date so I would not lose my subleaser and lose the deal. I hired him to sell my house as well. Same great service there as well. The only reason I did not go through him on my next house purchase was that I moved out of state.
